Ghaith Al-Battikhi

Managing director

Ghaith is the managing director at GB Advisory, a boutique consulting firm that he established after completing more than 11 years with Deloitte & Touché (M.E.) whilst building more consulting and project management experience in his 14 years of experience. Ghaith has accumulated an experience across a wide array of services in management consulting supporting major international consulting firms as a subject matter expert such as PWC, Mercer and Deloitte. Ghaith has attained skills relevant to strategy formulation and development, program and project management, business plans and feasibility studies development, business process reengineering, organizational restructuring, and target operating model assessment and development.

Layan Al-Salhi

Strategy & operations manager

Layan is an experienced strategy and operations senior manager with GB advisory firm, with more than 8 years in consulting and advisory in which 4 of them were with Deloitte Middle East consulting practice. She has worked as a subcontractor with leading firms (i.e. PwC, Mercer) as an SME. She has gained wide exposure and knowledge across different industries and services lines including strategy development, target operating model design, business operations, risk management and human capital transformation. She is committed to quality.
